The Shaved Duck is a family style, casual dining place located in the beautiful historic Tower Grove neighborhood.  We specialize in rustic American cuisine, slow wood smoked meats, flatbreads, chili's and many tasty traditional sides.  You will find us out back day and night smoking our meats. We smoke our pork and brisket for 18 - 20 hours and the beautiful smoky flavor and tender cut is well worth the wait.
